they have a strict Code of Ethics they to adhere to.
-Go to www.myfreecreditreport.com
to see what your credit score is.
-Research
the Real Estate section of the Sunday newspaper to see
which banks offer the best interest rate without points.
Also check the origination fee to make sure it is reasonable.
Call three and discuss financing. If you call more than
that and they run your credit report, they lower your
score.
-Deal with only local
banks. Banks on the internet usually
end up taking your money and not following through with
financing. This is very financially and emotionally
devastating.

Sales Short sales are properties where the seller
owes more than the property is worth. Maybe they fell
behind on their first mortgage payments due to something
dramatic in their life like health issues or financial
trouble. Maybe they took out a home equity loan/line of
credit and now with late fees and interest rate adjustments
just can not make the payments. This is very sensitive

HUD Homes are
homes that are posted every Friday usually by 10:00 am. They
are open for bid through licensed real estate professionals
only. The first 5 days are usually for owner-occupieds only.
On the 6th day, they open to investors. There are other types
